Are Back Pain, Dizziness And Numbness In The Thighs Signs Of MS And Fibromyalgia?

I have been experiencing both middle back and lower back pain since December. The mid back experience is both pain and a constant pressure, The low back pain is almost always constant more or less like a tooth ache.... I also have been having problems with balance and gait, some dizziness. I have a numbness in both thighs as well as waking up with one or both knees asleep . Now the numbness is also going into my groin area making me feel wet . I am seeing a neurosurgeon who wants another MRI of both thoracic and cervical spine. I have had a previous lumbar MRI that shows both minor and severe foraminal stenosis at L4, and I have a had a previous fusion and discectomy at C4/5/6. What Iam concerned about is some of these symptoms also mimic MS, and Fibromyalgia. I am a Male 51 yrs. old
