Are Back Pain And Painless Abdominal Cramps Signs Of A Miscarriage?

2 days ago I found out that I have had my third missed miscarriage. Dr said baby stopped growing around 9 weeks would have been 11+3. With my other two miscarriages I passed everything within 2 weeks of growth stopping. I am no experiencing pain in my back and kinda like painless contractions n my stomach. My blood pressure is very low for my normal range and I am extremely tired. Is this normal and how long should it take to pass the blood and tissues?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist for clinical assessment and suction evacuation of the uterus for the left over products of conception.
At 9 weeks, the fetus is larger that what it would have been at 2 weeks.
Thus, suction evacuation will be required to remove the products.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your gynecologist.
In addition, i also suggest you to get chromosomal study of the products of conception.
Since, this is your third miscarriage, the cause for frequent miscarriage needs to be known.

Thanks and take care
