Are Auto Immune Dysfunctions Caused By Food Allergies?

Hi I am a 42 year old woman. As a child I was always prone to allergies. Milk in particular - nausea, vomiting , etc. I fell pregnanet 9 years ago and during my pregnancyI was diagnosed with type 1 Diabetes. My thyroid also stopped working. A year ago I contracted alopecia aratea. I have been having more dairy products in the last year, could all my auto immune dysfunctions be caused by food allergies such as a milk allergy?

Hi good morning,
No auto immune diseases have no connection with food or any kind of allergy.
See , this disease is a abnormal immune response to certain substance or tissue which are already present in human body termed as autoimmune.
Right
So by its name they are nothing to do with anyother external allergic factor.
