Are Antibiotics Advisable For Elevated Pus Cells In Urine And Vaginal Itching?
Hi,doc I had already my urine laboratory and I am really sure if this urinary tract infection the result of my urinalysis the pus cells is 50-60 hpf the epithelial cells is many .... doctor do I have to take any antibiotic meds. And my viginal is very itchy doc I need your advice thank you very much....God bless you.

Here suitable antibiotic needs to be prescribed according to urine culture report
Until than nitrofurantoin like urinary antiseptic prescribed
Drink more water and avoid excess spicy foods
Fruits juice drink More
Cranberry juice extract tablet will be beneficial
If needed USG Examination done for rule out Pyelonephritis or cystitis changes
Take care
Consult urologist or physician for examination
