Hi there.... I have been experiencing abdominal discomfort on and off for period of 1 year. I have been on probiotics and metumucile they have helped but lately symptoms have increased of late which I have put down to anxiety due to stress. I have a dull ache in tummy which can sometimes keep me awake at night... Bloating... Fatigue.... I do have irritable bowl syndrome but I have had this for dome time and my symptoms are getting worse. Dr says my pelvis scans seem to be fine so trying to go through process of elimination..... Does this sound like stomach ulcer?
