Hi,
Noted the history well about unprotected sex, taking emergency pill in time, bloating, pain in abdomen, painful enlargement of both breasts with enlarged Montgomery tubercles on areolas.
Since the pregnancy tests are negative and your Gynecologist also has examined you, prescribed you antibiotic .
My thoughts as per the history are as follows:
There looks to be hormonal imbalance due to taking the high dose Emergency Pill to avoid the pregnancy.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Consult your Gynecologist again for proper clinical evaluation, investigations of blood hormone levels.
Ultrasonography of pelvis to see for the
ovarian cyst size.
PMS can be treated symptomatically.
Take a PPI like
OMeprazole and
Domperidone for nausea.
Antispasmodic or painkillers for pain in abdomen.Take rest.
Avoid stress and anxiety as these contribute to the symptoms.
Weight loss can be due to many a reasons and can be correlated to the
signs, symptoms and investigations reports.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
