Hi, I had unprotected intercourse on the 18th July around 1 a.m.. I took emergency pill on the 18th at 9 a.m. My last menstrual period started 8th/9th July. I was supposed to get my next period 5th or 6th August. I got period a week earlier, i.e. 30 July. I believe it was my period as I felt like it, plus the bleeding lasted for 4 days, it was not light, I needed to use tampons. Before I got my period however, I started experiencing belly button pain, yellowish dicharge, vagunal burning and itching. I immediately got tested for STDs-results negative. Then I had appointment and got pelvic exam at my gyno on 5th August. She prescribed me antibiotics for bacterial vaginosis and UTI. She also said that there were no sings on pregnancy. What she said is that I had cyst on my right ovary. Told me to visit again on 20 september, to see if the cyst will grow. I expected my second period after the pill on 26th August. It did not come. I started having breast HORRIBLE tenderness on 16th August (10 days before my expected period). Also nausea and general feeling of PMS. I also knew that Ciprofloxacin that I started taking 14th August will cause me bloating, gases and nausea. So I was not worried. I was sure my period will arrive, but it did not. I am terrified to am extent where I do not even want to have pregnancy test... My breast are swollen, so are the areolas. I do have Montgomery glances on my areolas, but I have always had them naturally. I am however worried and confused. I still have swollen and tender breasts and I am little bloated. I feel abdominal pain on my right side, sometimes in my whole abdomen and pelvis. I also lost weight, I had 54.5 kg about week ago, now I have 51.5. Apart from that, no other symptoms... Could I be pregnant? Could this be all because of my ovarian cyst? Why can I possibly miss my period? I got period after the emergency pill, so this is awkward.... Please help me!
