Are Abdominal Cramps, Backache, Tender Breasts And Mood Swings Signs Of Pregnancy?

I ovulated on the 22nd of Sep. and i have been having symptoms of pregnancy ever since. Such as lower abdominal cramps, back ache, slight pain in one side, twinges in stomach, tender breasts (almost feels like bruising), constipation, mood swings, extreme fatigue, nausea etc. (There are many more). Me and my partner have been trying to conceive for 3 months and are both in our early 20s. We have regular intercourse (every 2-3 days) and we desperately want to start a family. Neither of us have any children. I have been reading forums and other mothers have said how they have had the same symptoms and have had a positive pregnancy test result just 8days after ovulating. Is there a chance i could be pregnant? I don t want to do a test just yet incase its negative and i really dont want to get our hopes up. Please help!

Understand your concern
Pregnancy symptoms are variable and we can not confirm the pregnancy from your symptoms. Only confirm symptom of pregnancy is missed period.
Pregnancy test will give positive result 10-12 days after missed period from normal period date.
Abdominal cramp occur due to implantation of fertilized egg
Tender breast, nausea, constipation and mood swings due to increased progesterone.
If period will delay by 10-12 days then you have to go for home pregnancy test with fresh morning urine sample.
Better confirmation should be done by blood HCG and USG scan.
Back pain , pain on one side may be occur in ectopic pregnancy. So better to go for USG scan.
