Are Tufacne,Azifast And Retino-A Safe For Acne Treatment?

Hi Doctor, I am from Bangalore, Age-27F, Weight-54. My father is having high levels of triglycerides and cholesterol and he had undergone Angioplasty procedure and placed with 2stents. As iam suffering with severe ACNE I was adviced to take TUFACNE-10 abd AZIFAST 500mg and creams Retino-A, TRI O BLOC, CLINDAC-A GEL. Could you please let me know if there are any side effects with the above medications? Also when my family history is considered is it safe to take these medications and are there any chances of me getting high levels of triglycerides or any heart diseases because of above medications?
