Are Triamcinolone Acetonide And Pramosone Good Substitutes Of Clobetasol?

Clobetasol 0.05 % cream has been prescribed for me by gynecologist for irritation of vulva. The cost is more than I can afford. In my possession is both triamcinolone acetone cream, 0.025% and Pramosone 1 - 2.5%. Can either of these be successfully and safely substituted?

though Clobetasol more potent and effective in vulvovaginitis .Clobetasone is used to treat vast no of skin condition.you can use pramasone as an alternative.
