Are Toba Eye Drops Safe To Use For Severe Itching In Eyes Of An Infant?

Hi, my five months old baby got severe eye itching for the past four days. Paediatrician said it could be dust or environmental allergy...first day alone he had yellow discharge..he started to rub both eyes very frequently. Took him to ophthalmologist he gave toba eye drops for four days...just poured once as of now.... Please advice whether its safe to use.

Tobramycin eyedrops are commonly prescribed for treating eye infections. It is safe to be used in children above 2 months of age.
I would recommend you follow the prescribed course of eye drops and also clean your baby's eyes before putting in eye drops.
