Hi, Thank you for choose Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern. I see your description of your lipid profile and I show all are at their high value referring to normal range. With this profile of lipids you should go to the doctor to prescript drugs to decrease them, and made them go at their normal range. I recommend you to choose a healthy diet with a lot of fruits and vegetable, you should prefer eat fish and white meat instead of red meat and also you should prefer boil and baked food instead fried food. I recommend you to do minimally 30 minutes of brisk walking 3 times at week or more. You mentioned here the weight but you should add also the height to evaluate if you are at your normal weigh or you are obese, however I recommend you to maintain a healthy weight for your height because it is a risk for your health being overweight. The abdominal obesity is one of the risk factor for the metabolic diseases like diabetes type 2 and dyslipidemia. Your medication that you quoted here is an anti-hypertensive beta 1 blocker(Revelol) if you take it you should have high blood pressure, and the other medication is Ecospirin a non steroid anti -inflammatory agent usually used as an analgesic(relieving pain)antipyretik (reducing fever)but in small dosage can be used for preventing clots in the artery. I recommend that you should take this medication by consulting your doctor. Hope I give answer to your problem. Feel free to ask me again Take care, Dr .Marsida JANKO
