Hii doctor, I am very much depressed about my weight gain. I wanted to reduce it anyhow. Tried with doing exercise also but my stamina is very less so that I becum tired very soon. Then after I dnt like to do exercise . I heard about ratan oberid capsule, it can help to reduce weight and fat . please suggest me what should I do.
