Are Nuvigil And Phentermine Recommended For Narcolepsy?

I take Nuvigil 1 - 250mg each morning for Narcolepsy. I've been doing so for about 3-4 months. I was told not to take it with Phentermine. If I wanted to start taking the Phentermine again, how long should I be off of the Nuvigil before starting the Phentermine again?

Thank you for asking!
Both the mentioned drugs are stimulants and they are not advised or recommended in combination.Either one is sufficient. And if you want to stop nuvigil and start phentermine then don't for two reasons.one is current one is better for narcolepsy.Second , self medications and switching should not be done unless advised by doctor. But one at a time is the sure thing.
Take care
