Are Minoz Od And Isotroin The Right Medicine For Pimples?

Hello dr.....I m neha n my age is 32yrs,I m having pimples from last 7 years n I m consulting a dermatologist,he prescribed me minoz od and Isotroin 10 mg for 2 months n told me to wash face with d acne....please suggest me the best permanent solution for my pimples....it s the first time minoz OD has been prescribed by the dr,I want to know how much days will it take to cure my pimples

Well, it depends from person to person for how long will it take for the pimples to get better, however, 2 month is a pretty enough time for the pimples to get better with Minoz that is an antibiotic and Isotroin that is a retinoid.

The pimples will resolve in this duration most probably.

Along with it a topical application of Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin containing gel will also be very beneficial and will help in resolving pimples quickly.

Do cool compresses over the pimples and use a mild face scrub to scrub twice a week. Avoid too many oily foods. Eat more green vegetables and drink plenty of water.
