My name is Braj raj rai I had a brain stroke on 12th June you treated me at medica ranch. Your prescribed three medicine 1. Tab. Minipress XL 5mg 2.tab.Cilacar 10 mg 3. Olmesar CH 40+12.5 mg And ask to review after 15 days At present is BP is 103/53 Request you to please suggest further medicine change or continue the same Because BP is regularly low.

There are different causes of stroke. It is very important to know wether the cause was due to blood vessel leakage or due to blood vessel blockage. Both causes have different treatment options. Therefore your CT SCAN report is very important.

If the cause was due to blood vessel leakage then it is very important to keep blood vessel low so that further leakage does not occur.

If the cause was NOT due to blood vessel leakage the blood pressure has to be kept slightly at the higher levels so that blood supply to brain is good.

Therefore as mentioned earlier it is very crucial to know your CT scan report.
