Hello,

Methadone and morphine are centrally acting analgesic which is used very widely for control of terminally ill patients as advanced cancer.

It is not a cure, but it is the support to help patient relieve from pain and lessen the suffering.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
