Are Lithium And Trazadone Advisable For Bipolar Disorder?

It is difficult for me to schedule appointments with my psychiatrist just to get my meds refilled because of her schedule staying booked so far in advance and my limited schedule due to business travel. I take Lithium and Trazadone for bipolar disorder. Is this something you would be able to help with?

I really appreciate your concern.
Discussion:- For the disease that you have can be managed even without the medicines and for that you need to come out of this condition, be positive, practical.
Medication:- You can continue the same medicine till get appointment and it may not make any difference.
Advise:- Try some yoga, meditation, exercise, relaxation therapy.
Comments:- These are worth trying and you can do this.
