Yes gynera pills are advisable for
irregular menstruation. Gynera is a combined hormone contraceptive pill & contains female hormone estrogen & progesterone.
These pills must be taken one pill every day at about the same time for 21 consecutive days. Then a new pack is started after a 7-day pill free interval. In this pill free period you would have withdrawal bleeding corresponding to your menstrual period.
However there are some conditions in which you should not use these pill
1. If you are obese & have body mass index over 30 kg/m2
2. Positive family history of venous or
arterial thromboembolism ( such as
deep vein thrombosis). If a hereditary predisposition is known or suspected, the woman should be
