Are Grow Plus Capsules Safe For Increasing Height?

Hello sir, I am 23 years old..I purchased a product Grow tall plus capsules which is Ayurvedic to increase my height...Somebody says that it will give side effects...please go trough the link please let me know whether i have to use it or not... Thanks.

One can grow up to 16 years and in the 19th years ( only few cms ). There after there is not a single instance that height can increase with the help of any medicine ( no scientific proof ).
Only bone grafting can increase the height but this is very dangerous and has many side effects .
Now about "GLOW TALL CAPSULE", there is no scientific proof that this product can increase height , however there are so many claims by manufacturer .
I don't know much about this product , so can't say anything about side effects .
But according to medical point , no medicine ( till date ) is able to increase height.
