Are Floxter Oz And Panadol Tablet The Right Medicines For Piles?

Hi docter, i m 21yrs old nd im having pilex problem from last 5, 6 yrs im having soo many medicins but of no result. I had smelling in my stool and suffering from lot of pain. Nd now im having floxter_oz tab. Paradol tab., lox_2% jelly and eziluk,. Is this correct medicins to get relief. Can you please suggest Me that this medicine is good for Me or not. Nd also give Me some suggestion if there is any change reguired in medicines which i have started taking from today.

Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
It is unfortunate to note that you are suffering from piles from past 5 - 6 years.
What medications you have tried or using will only give you temporary relief from symptoms. There is no medicine which would cure piles. As constipation exaggerates your condition, you need to avoid it by taking laxatives along with fibre rich foods, vegetables, fruits and more quantity of fluids.
Your problem could be hemorrhoids (piles) or anal fissures for which you need to get examined by Surgeon.
Treatment for the condition is 'Cryosurgery', which is only a minor operation done on outpatient basis. Hence kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for proper management.
