Hi Doctor, Hope you re doing gr8! Well i want to know whether hollow eyes or dark circle can be improve with fillers ? is this the only way to get rid of it ? Do we have side effects of fillers ? Well these days i m affected from both the problems and using vitamin e capsule on under eyes, just want to know will this work for both of my problems? Do cold cotton bags or other home remedies like tea bag or cucumber works on it ? if yes then is it possible to use both vitamin e & home remedies. Please advice ?

Fillers are recommended for wrinkles and not for dark circles around eye. Dark circles around eyes are due to hyperpigmentation due to aging. Vitamin E other mentioned home remedies will not help in hyperpigmentation. These have no use in this condition.
Advice
1.     Retinoic acid 0.025% + alo vera based cream (Elovera cream
How to use??
Mix equal amount of these two creams on your palm, mix well, apply very gently on your face at bed time. Do not rub while applying and apply a very thin layer (small amount). Remember; mix only whilst ready to apply. Store both creams separately.
Retinoic acid makes you skin sensitive to sunlight. So use Spectraban sensitive sunscreen cream before exposure to sunlight. You can use other over the counter sunscreen available in the market.
You can use above creams for 6 months.
I hope this information will help you. I will be happy if you ask another question
Thanks
