As per your complain Elosone HT ointment contains a combination of Tretinoin, Hydroquinone and steroid Mometasone Furoate while Clinsol gel contains Clindamycin that is an antibiotic ointment.. Burning sensation on face is a side effect of Elosone HT ointment and although Steroid based ointment can give good results in the beginning but it has side effects on face like thinning of skin pimples, itching,redness, excessive hair growth on face etc.. As you already experience burning sensation I would not suggest you to use this cream further.. You can use other depigmentation creams that will not harm.. You can wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash.. You can apply creams containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin.. Apply Vitamin E and C containing creams.. Take Vitamin C supplements.. Limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun.. You can exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin..
