Are DYDROGESTERONE TABLETS BP - DUPHASTON Not Safe To Use During Pregnancy?

My Doc has prescribed a table called " DYDROGESTERONE TABLETS BP - DUPHASTON" which she said it for vitamin tablet during pregnancy. When i was jus browsing about this tablet - i got few comments and articles bad about it. I dont know whom i can check this with - do u mind sharing something about this?

They are not vitamins but they help your pregnancy to continue. Do not worry and they can be taken safely in pregnancy.
