The drug Celexas is being sold on line as a male sexual enhancement drug. Is it the same as the atidepressant SSRI, Citalopram? They added a s on the end of the word and I guess they can claim its not the same drug. How would it enhance male sexual performance? I have heard from a physician that treats men for early ejaculation (PE) that antidepressant SSRI s can heip with PE. What do you recommend? I am a 60 y/o man who has experienced issues with BPH, PE, and occasional impotence characterized by weaker softer erections. I have found my own self help remedies with all of these. First, lost weight--35 lbs. started working out--cardio and strength training. I have increased my clean, lean protein intake (whey) and eat lots of vegetables. I swim, run and lift weights. I use OTC supplements to heip slow down atherosclerosis, keep my blood pressure in check and diabetes at bay; baby aspirin (81 mg daily); DHEA 50 mg /day, Vitamin B Complex; Garlic; Korean Ginseng; and Saw Palmetto. This regimen has markedly improved my sexual stamina and performance without any dangerous prescription drugs.
