Are Asthalin And Montelukast Advisable For Recurring Chest Congestion In A Toddler?
My three year old son frequently has cold but now a days when he has cold he coughs at night only when he is sleeping. I m really worried about this. The other problem is the mucus it is not coming out of the nose and stuck in the chest. Last time doctor gave him asthalin syrup for five days once every night and montelukast sodium. Both the medicines were very helpful. Now again the same problem is repeated. I m wondering to give the same medicine or not. Please I need some advice regarding the problem.
HI I really appreciate your concern, allergic condition is very likely and this may not need any treatment in this age group but simple pure honey can be tried and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
