Hi & Welcome to HCM. I can understand your concern. There's nothing to worry, as it is suggestive of a benign but reversible condition of the liver during pregnancy. Isolated increase in the liver enzyme ALT in absence of liver or gall bladder disease or alcohol intake is highly suggestive of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy or fatty liver. It usually resolves 4-8 weeks after delivery and usually recurs in subsequent pregnancies. Regarding the slightly elevated lipid profile, avoid fatty vegan and non vegan meals, avoid fast and junk foods, eat home cooked foods, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables and do regular exercise. Regards.
