Are 2 Tablets Of Evion 400 Tablet The Correct Dosage At 37th Week Of Pregnancy And Will There Be Any Side Effects?
I am prescribed Evion 400 tablets twice a day by my gynaecologist. I am in my 37th week of pregnancy. May I know if it is the proper dosage [2 tablets a day]. Also please inform me of its health benefits and side effects if any at this stage of pregnancy.

Hi. Evion is Vit. E supplement, which is also an antioxidant. You are at term pregnancy and probably have been prescribed it for night cramps or restless leg syndrome.
It is also given to pre eclampsia patients.
It is safe in late pregnancy and also in breast feeding mothers, but I think upto 400mg a day is sufficient dose.
