Aortic Dissection At Valve, Brachiocephalic And Left Subcalvian Arteries Extends To Head And Neck. Help?

I m trying to make sense of my condition - reading my notes - I have an aortic dissection from my graft at my valve all the way round to both iliac, also brachiocephalic and left subclavian arteries also extending into the head and neck vessels . Am trying to visualise it against a diagram. Can you help? Thanks. Alison

Thanks for your question

Aortic dissection if this is what it really is- is an emergency condition and needs surgery in such an extensive involvement.

Hope that answers
