Any Suggestion To Control Diabetes?
Hie doctor,
I am having diabeties treatment since three months.My blood sugar level, on fasting is 135 and post meals, 151.I am regularly taking exercise, about half an hour to one hour walk also.What else would you suggest me to control diabeties ?

Hello,
Please observe proper dietary control along with medicines and regular aerobic exercises.
Get the prescription of medicines revised and may be existing doses increased.
Your blood sugar levels would definitely get stabilised.
Talk to your doctor for increasing the dose or revising the medicines.
Your fasting level needs little stabilising,although PP levels are normal.
