Hi welcome to the health care magic

I need to know when was your gall bladder removed??

Post cholecystectomy diarrhea is common complication

Gall bladder help in fat digestion by storage of bile salts

As in cholecystectomy patient bile reservoir absent, diarrhea occurs if high fatty foods or excess diet eaten

Take low fat diet

Take Small meal with frequent interval

If diarrhea not improving then your doctor might suggest you colestipol like bile salt medication

Hope your concern solved
