Any Suggestion On Swollen Feet And Under Arms With Lymphocytosis?

Hi all, my daughter (5months old) had a Blood test done last week due to swollen feet and onderarms.... the results came back two days ago with some abnormalities: serum ALT levels 53 ( should be 10-35). lymphocyte count 10 ( should be 3.5-6.5) thus bringing the percentage of lymphocytes to a worrying 74.2% of total WBC!!! Can you please share your vieuws on this.. P.S this is added to the blood test text"RIT- lymphocytotosis with smear cells, refered to spr""

Most common cause of lymphocytosis on children are :
1. Infections like infectious mononucleosis.
2. Tuberculosis
3. Hepatitis.
4. Leukemia.
I suppose this should be taken seriously and further evaluation should be done.
