Any Suggestion For Two Small Ulcers On Outer Labia Post Menopause?

I have been to my doctor and have been told I have two small ulcers on my outer labia. They are painful and prickle. She gave me trimovate crea, which I have used 4 times a day for 5 days. the ulcers have not got any bigger nor have they gone away. Last night they started itching. Do I stop the cream?, how long should I continue using it for?. I have not had anything like this before, I have had the same sexual partner for 16 years, I am howver now post menopause, any advice?.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

Continue the cream. Start anti-fungal tablets also like itraconazole 200mg weekly and levocetirizine 10 mg once at night for itching.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
