Any Suggestion For Swelling/vibration In Back Of Heal/ankle?

swelling/vibration in back of heal/ankle The back of my right ankle/heel has been sore for a couple of days. I did nothing to cause it. It is swelling and there is a vibrating kinda of feeling there. can you tell me what it could be and what i should do for it.

it was better if you had told us about your job and which shoes you wear, and do you have any other symptoms like fever chills, I think this is retro calcaneal bursitis which is inflammation of bursa at the back your ankle due to tight shoes and multiple friction its job related, or you have other symptoms we should rule out infection and inflammatory arthritis.
bursitis need rest, prevent friction by shoes and Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs like Olfen caps 100 mg 1*2.
