Any Suggestion For Suffering From Severe Gastric Problem?

One of my relative have serious problem of Gastric.
He also take several medicine including " ROBONIK Plus " by recommended from one of Gerontologist.
Now, from several month Gas continuously formed in stomach and patient throw it out through his mouth by every 5 Sec. & he didn't have any control to stop.
Kindly suggest me any help at YYYY@YYYY

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Noted the history about your friend having gastric problem, taking many medicines including Rabonik Plus as recommended by a gastroenterologist, he has gas continuously formed and throw it out very frequently, can not control it. As per the history your have provided about your friend, this looks to be continuous eructation due to gas formation.

I would advise him the following:First of all get upper GI endoscopy and Barium swallow and meal studies. Ultrasound of the abdomen.This probably may be due to aerophagia, which in turn could have been due to stress and/or anxiety.Treatment of the cause has to be done, taking Rabonic alone may not help. Also ask him to stop all the foods and beverages that can cause the gas production.
