Any Suggestion For Recurring Strep Throat And Swollen Tonsils Causing Breathing Trouble?
Ive had strep throat twice, mono once, i think i have tonsilitis at the moment, and everytime i get sick (no matter the illness) my tonsils swell up. This time my tonsils are so swollen im having trouble breathing. Should i get my tonsils removed? Im 18yrs old

I appreciate your concern no need to remove the tonsils your over all problem is not due to the tonsils but may be due to allergic condition if I would be your doctor then I would treat this with the following medicines,
1) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
2) Tab Montelukast three times in day
