Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. All the diseases can be brought under control, and some of them are curable.
2. As the cardiac and lung functions are not affected, your overall prognosis is good.
3. Continue with the treatment as advised, and need to avoid alcohol or iv meth abuse.
4. Nutritional improvement with protein rich diet to improve immune system along with control of thyroid hormone levels should be helpful. Be positive, you can easily survive a decade or two, with right decisions, even now.
Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
