Any Suggestion For Chronic Sore Throat When Having HPV Wart In Throat?
The doctor found a small growth - he called a HPV wart - rather deep in my throat. He said a few years ago he would have advised I ignore it - but now I guess research indicates a connection between HPV and throat cancer. He recommends removing it. I have a chronic sore throat - reason I went to see an ENT - but he said the wart and sore throat were not related. I also have a low WBC - have had thorough blood work done and bone marrow biospy and the cause of the low WBC is unknown. Has been low at least 4 years. No evidence of increase in infections or other symptoms. So - should I get a second opinion about removing the wart?
