Any Suggestion For Child Suffering From Nose Bleed, Headache, Sore Stomach, Weakness?

Hi my 5 years old hasn t been well the last few days. Fri morn he woke up with heavy nose bleed and has been complaining of sore tummy, headaches and be is off his food since Friday. He s just had another nose bleed and seemed to get very weak / dizzy Should I be worried

nOSE BLEED IN CHILDREAN IS COMMON.bECAUSE IN THE LITTLES AREA IN NOSE IS PRONE FOR INFECTION AND ANY INJURY DUE TO SCRACTCH BY THE CHILDREN .dO NOT WORRY. BLOOD SWALLOWED MAY GIVE RISE TO SORE STOMACH., AND WEAKNESS AND DIZZINESS DUE TO BLOOD LOSS.hEAD ACHE MAY BE DUE TO INFECTION.aPPLY ICE PACK OVER THE NOSE.ASK THE BABY TO SIT DOWN AND PUT A COLD NOSE GAUZE INTO NOSE TO STOP BLEEDING.ANTIBIOTIC LKE AUGMANTIN 2TSF 3 TIMES A DAY.1 BOTROPHASSE INJECTION TO BE GIVEN.IV FLUIDS SHOULD BE STARTED. HAEMOGLOBIN TO BE REPEATED.
