hy ... i want to know that whether there are any disadvantages of drinking lemon water every morning /.... because i have an oily and acne skin and i have come to know that lemon is helpful in getting rid of acne and oily skin ... so kindly let me know about that..

There is no disadvantage in drinking lemon water in the morning. It will be rich in vitamin C and good for skin and immunity. However not with lot of sugar.
