Any Reasons For Memory Loss ?

Can someone tell me what are the reasons of memory loss? let me tell you honestly about myself. I am a student and an employee. I am engaged in a very tough routine almost 12 hours of work and 16 hours of study in my exam leaves for upto continuously 40-50 days, but i am unable to pass my exams, as i think i am forgetting and i really forgot, even i am forgetting the names of different persons who i meet on daily basis. I am smoking atleast 20 cigrattes per day, i am masterbating on average one time a day. I sleep arounfd 6 hours average once in 24 hours. Let me tell you honestly, a few years back perhaps 5-6 years back, i really had a very nice memory and i was very sharp. but now every thing takes time to get in my mind , to understand even..:( Please advice me, what should i do to remember and improve my memory and brain .

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. This is not the memory loss. You are being overly stressed and body is taking the toll. From the description it is very clear that your lifestyle is not at all suitable for a human being. Human being need to arrange life between work and rest. There are lot of examples of people losing their temper if not followed this schedule.

I don't know what course you are taking. But I can assure you, psychologists, through different studies, have constantly pointed out that a person should not read and write academic matter for more than 4 hours. He need sleep for 6 hours at least. Leisure time activities for 4 hours. Workk for 8 hours. 2 hours for food. During the work he can learn practical lessons and take notes, but not studying from book. Smoking 20 cigerettes a day and masturbating daily is also extra stressful.

Therefore I suggest you to change the lifestyle as I suggested. You can have a telephone counseling session with me. For that contact www.healthcaremagic.com, customer service executive.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
