Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Gardenerella vaginalis infection occurs when disruption of normal bacterial flora in vagina occurs. As you have both yeast infection and gardenerella it can be treated with vaginal suppositories of clindamycin and clotrimazole. Clindamycin will more effective than metronidazole for gardenerella.
