Any Medications For Wounds Around The Ear?

Hello I got my ear pierced roughly 3 weeks ago. Just the lobe by the way. The man told me after about three weeks it will be healed and I may take it out l. I ve taken it out and it is bleeding and has a little bit of a black colored circle around it. What should I do?

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query yoy have symptoms of wounds around ear near piercing which is due to improper healing in that area. It could be due to improperly sterilized instruments. I would suggest you to maintain hygiene of area, clean it properly and apply antimicrobial ointment over the area. Donot touch or prick it. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get that area examined and start treatment after proper prescription.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
