Iam 31. I have got married 2 years back (Aug 28 2006). Yesterday, erection was there. But it is not long lasting. During intercourse, my wife felt pain. After 3-4 minutes of intercourse, we sopped. Sperm is not released. After that, we slept. Whether we have to continue for much longer time ?Any food habits to follow to improve erection and sperm count and release ?

Duration of erection is not related to sperm release. She can conceive even with preejaculation fluid which may hardly be few drops. Ideally you should now go for investigation for your fertility status as if couple donot concieve after one year of try it is labelled as infertility.Your wife might be having pelvic inflammation. She also requires examination for same. There is no obvious result of any dietary advice to improve count and erection.
