Any Diet To Reduce Systolic BP?

My systolic BP has been increasing. It used to be very good around 110-116. Then up to 130. But recently it is as high as 145-153. Is there some dietary efort I can do to lower it? I exercise regularly, spinning, walking, platform tennis, etc. Thank you, Sarah

Hi i read your query very carefully.

I recommend:
- avoid salty foods,
- drink plenty of waters
- don't drink more than a glass of vine per day.

Hope it was of help!
