I want to consult about heart beat. i have miner bp problem, anxity and migrane also but this migrane is not painfull just hear one nurve pumping in right hand side nesr the ear. I am married but my family live in india. The problem is when see any romantic dream or watch any romantic movie my heatbeat becomes fast more than normal when i do sex with someone. Its heppening from three four months. Please consult me about this. thanks.

I read your query the tachycardia (fast heart beat) is a normal response to sexual arousal. Also tachycardia is dependend from psychological stress.
If this thing bother you i would suggest a betablcker, avoid caffeine, chocolates ect.
