Anxiety, Dizziness, BP Issues, Hot Flashes. Had Hysterectomy. Given Estrogen. Smoker. Will It Help?

hi there i'm 42 years old, had my hysterectomy when i was 23, was given an estrogen pill after for about 2 months. Now i'm having extreme dizziness, blood pressure different in both arms substantially, and was having hot flashes but have since stopped ( also everyone in my family was too so i think it was some sort of bug) and anxiety. My doctor gave me estrogel pump but i'm concerned about the side effects, also my previous doctor tested my estrogen levels back in 2009 or 2010 and they were fine. Do you think the estrogel will help with my current symptoms and i also smoke between a half a pack to a full pack of cigarettes a day
