I can t tell if my ankle is either sprained or just swollen. i can walk but not a normal walk. like i have a swing and stuff to not let it hurt but if i can at least walk i can just carry on? or do you advise me to go to my family doctor. sorry if my grammar and wording is off i m in high school and im trying to get this done asap
You should follow-
1. Rest as much as possible.
2. Hot and cold compression.
3. Medicine- analgesic+serratiopeptidase combination, antacid for 5 days.
4. A X-ray of the ankle joint
If symptoms started reducing within 1 week you need not to go to doctor.
Best of luck.
