Angioplasty Scheduled. Internal Bleeding Due To Blood Thinners. CT Scan Normal. BP Low, Kidney, Liver Affected. Treatment?

Hi My grand mom was admitted to the hospital for angioplasty . Due to the blood thinners given to her there was a internal bleeding . CT SCan and ultra sounds look normal . But doctors say that due acute blood loss , there was a drop in BP and that affected all the organs in the body like kidneys and Liver . She has been drowsy since then . Creatinine levels initially went till 5.2 and Urea till 366 . Two dialysis were done , last one done 5 days back . currently below are the reports
TLD : 0000
Creatinine : 1.4
Urea : 198
Blood platellets : 0000 ( a Jubo platelets were given yesterday evening )
S. Billuribin : 9.3

Please suggest what should be done ? The figures told above are from the reports yesterday at 10 am . Vitals are OK.

Regards
Gaurav

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Sounds complicated - doesn't look like simple bleeding from thinners...
Dehydration needs to be corrected
DIC (Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation) has to be aggressively investigated and addressed
Shock and Multi Organ failure have to be looked into...
Prognosis is guarded...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
