Now, this situation may arise from many conditions like abnormality in gene, abnormality in hormonal balance, any defect in sperm maturity, and many more.
What you have to do is to take a broad spectrum antibiotic to control infection first.
Secondly, the hormonal profiles shoud be examined.
Thirdly, a testicular biopsy suggested to rule out any production defect.
Lastly, consult with an infertility specialist for further management.
