Hello and welcome to HCM,

The white greenish discharge mixed with blood could be due to injury / trauma to the mucosa of the anal canal.
Is the discharge associated with pain?
Observe the discharge and pain (if present) for few days.
If they both disappear, it could have been due to trauma to the anal canal mucosa.
Abstain from anal intercourse for some time and let the injured site heal up.
If the discharge are not associated with the sexual intercourse, please consult a gastroenterologist for examination of the lower gastrointestinal tract.

Thanks and take care
